Innovation Lab — iSupreme Labs Fellowship

Innovation Lab

Join a three-month product innovation fellowship where ambitious students and young professionals come together to research opportunities, build AI-powered solutions, and test new ideas that solve real marketing and business challenges.

The Innovation Lab by iSupreme Labs is a structured, hands-on accelerator designed to explore the intersection of marketing, technology, and AI. By bringing together emerging product, marketing, design, and technology talent, the program provides a real-world, collaborative environment where participants identify opportunities, validate market gaps, build AI-powered MVPs, and launch innovative marketing technology solutions.

Each three-month cohort consists of multiple teams working on different product experiments, guided by experienced mentors and industry partners. Throughout the program, participants gain practical experience in product development, growth, and innovation while documenting and marketing their journey publicly. The program culminates in a public Demo Day, where teams showcase their products, traction, and key learnings to the wider innovation ecosystem.

How It Works

Application & Selection

1/6

Interested participants submit their profiles for a curated selection process. Accepted fellows join the cohort and are paired with diverse talent to form AI-native product teams.

Team Formation & Product Discovery

Fellows organize into startup teams with defined roles: Product Lead, Engineer, Designer, and Growth Lead. Teams immediately begin researching problems and identifying high-potential market opportunities.

Research & Validation

3/6

Teams execute market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to validate concepts. The goal is to establish problem-solution fit and define a clear target audience before development.

MVP Development

4/6

Leveraging AI-assisted engineering and modern design tools, teams rapidly build their Minimum Viable Products. This phase emphasizes speed, iteration, and shipping functional experiences for real users.

Launching & Testing

5/6

Products are launched to early adopters to gather feedback and measure engagement. Teams build in public, marketing their journey to grow waitlists and attract interest during the testing phase.
